This workshop helps participants understand the dynamics of narcissistic abuse, a form of psychological manipulation that goes unnoticed because it hides behind charm, affection, and false concern.
Many people experience toxic relationships whether in friendships, romantic relationships, or family dynamics, often without realizing the psychological harm being done.
By educating participants, we can empower them to recognize red flags, set healthy boundaries, and protect their emotional well-being.

Workshop Format
Length of workshop : The length of the workshop typically ranges from two to four hours. The exact duration will be determined collaboratively, taking into account your needs and any time constraints. Together, we will plan a session that best fits your goals and schedule
Audience: This workshop welcomes a wide range of participants.
In school settings, the workshop is ideal for students in secondary 4 and 5, college, university, and adult education programs—particularly those in fields like nursing, home care, or law enforcement.
It’s also valuable for community organizations, including women’s centre’s & shelters, access centers, and organizations supporting individuals in need or wellness initiatives. The workshop can be adapted to suit any audience looking to build awareness, resilience, and personal empowerment.
Facilitator: The workshop is led by Polly Tsonis, MA in Sociology, who brings over 20 years of public speaking and giving workshops on intimate partner violence and narcissistic abuse. Polly shares knowledge that helps people understand these experiences and empowers them to make choices that put them back in control of their lives.
Format-IN PERSON: We offer in person workshops for companies and businesses in Montreal and the surrounding boroughs.
Format-VIRTUAL: If you are outside of Montreal, we’re happy to bring the workshop to you virtually, using Zoom, for an equally engaging and meaningful experience.
